Application for Letters of Confirmation of Participation to Assist with Visa Application.

Whilst it is the responsibility of all Valve World 2012 Conference participants themselves to arrange their own visas and the appropriate documentation for travelling to and staying in Germany for Valve World Conference 2012, the conference organizer can supply an official letter of confirmation of participation' to assist in visa applications to:
Conference Delegates, this service is free of charge.

Applications will not be processed after November 1st 2012. 

We advise you to carefully read and understand the information below before registering. Please be aware of processing time and the deadline for applications.

I. Letters of confirmation of participation to assist with Visa Application are only available when submitted via our online form (fields marked with an * are compulsory);

II. An official letter of confirmation of participation for visa purposes is supplied solely to confirm pre-registration of your intention to participate in our event and does not guarantee visa issue. Valve World will not liaise between embassies or consulates nor be held liable for visa application refusals.

III. Please allow up to three weeks for us to process your confirmation of participation letter and note that you are responsible for requesting an official invitation in due time. We advise you to contact relevant embassies or consulates for a time guide to ensure your application will be processed in good time by the embassy or consulate.

IV. Should you require your letter of confirmation of participation to be sent to you via courier please include your company DHL account number on the form.
