How can I contact the bookkeeping department?
The bookkeeping department is open Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00h. CET. Contact the bookkeeping department by e-mail (bookkeeping@kci-world.com); fax (+31 575 511 099) or phone (+31 575 585 299)
Can I pay by credit card
Yes, you can. Payment is possible with MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
Send a fax containing your creditcard number, expiry date, the exact name used on the credit card and the CVC-code (found at the back of your card). Be sure to sign this fax.
Soon, you will be able to pay online as well.
What is the preferred method for payment?
We prefer payment by credit card.
How can I get a copy of the invoice?
Send an e-mail or a fax to the bookkeeping department stating your company name, the name of the company person, the invoice number and the amount for which you are invoiced.
