Thermo Electra manufactures temperature sensors that operate in temperatures ranging from -200 °C up to +2000 °C. As sales engineer Ben van der Kleij (right) and his colleague René van Poelje explained, these sensors are important pieces of equipment to control process quality and safety. All of their products are custom made. The fact that Thermo Electra can handle all kinds of orders is illustrated by one of their biggest products ever, a 26 metre long temperature sensor, and one of their smallest, a temperature sensor in a lump of sugar!
