N.B. The organization will take your special requests into account as much as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be granted.

Please note the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation before 1st of July 2009 – 75% of total original cost
- Cancellation after 1st of July 2009 total original cost.
